Purchase Return Policy
From time to time, we offer certain wood turnings for sale. If you decide to purchase a classic keepsake from us, please be sure you have read the "About Wood" page explaining characteristics of wood that can affect turned wood products. We offer only high quality finished products. However, if you are dissatisfied with your classic woodturned keepsake for any reason, just return it to us within 30 days of our shipping date and the cost of the keepsake, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to you.
Shipping Policy Upon receipt of your payment, we will prepare (wax or oil) your classic woodturned keepsake, package it, and ship it to you within 24 hours. We will ship it by the carrier you selected at the point of sale (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). For your protection, as well as ours, you may be asked to sign for the product upon receipt. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier - we do not add handling fees at this time.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
North Carolina law requires that goods bought on the internet from a NC merchant and shipped to a NC address be taxed at the current sales tax rate; therefore, if you are a NC resident, we are required to increase the sale price by 7.75% (or the adjusted current rate), and to remit the tax to North Carolina.
